  1. Hello-

I stumbled across your blog while researching for a graduate level paper (I’m a first year MFA actress) on the psychology of acting, specifically in relation to Method acting. I’m wondering if you’d be willing to correspond with me briefly in regards to my paper? It’s looking predominately at the way Method Acting has become in a way, a gross exaggeration of what your father set forth in his actor training techniques. I’m examining actors such as Daniel Day-Lewis and Heath Ledger specifically and would love to hear what you thought about the respective Method’s they employ and how what they do differ from your father’s approach.

    I appreciate your consideration,
    Lindsay McGahan
